this are the steps for successful install a fsi environment:

1. admin workstation requirements
   1. use your preferred operating system
   2. install firefox or chromium
   3. install url handler
      1. ssh:// handler
      2. vmware vmrc for vm remote console
2. network infrastructure
   1. network structure, native (vlan 0/untagged vlan) network for management network
   2. configure dhcp and pxe
   3. configure and open ports on your firewall
   4. vlan for all other networks (e.g. storage, user, provisioning)
3. fsi deploy server
   1. pyhsical server or virtual machine (e.g. on a ESXi)
   2. Install and configure fsi
      1. unattended install fsi with fsiinst tar and fsiinst.cfg
      2. manual install fsi
