For DCHP and PXE support and to use arp for the server and hardware remote boards, this interface need to accept all traffic. This is called promiscuous mode. If your fsi deploy server is installed in a VM, the network interface have to configure this too.

The IP of the fsi deploy server in every server management VLAN or network has to be configured as DHCP option 66 on the DHCP Server.

It is also possilbe to install and configure the fsi deploy server as DHCP Proxy server (see deploy section).

The DHCP option 67 has to be configured to the boot file pxelinux.0

The TFTP server on the fsi provisioning server makes this file available to the clients.
